He had my door's springs replaced, and door serviced, within an hour of his arrival. Because of their professionalism, and dedication, I didn't have to call in to work, or burn a sick day.

North Texas Overhead Door answered the call at 7:00 in the morning when my springs broke earlier that day.  The technician was at my house less than 90 minutes later, had the right parts on his truck, fixed a few problems I didn't know I had, and I was up and running quickly.  Very professional service!  

Fast, Friendly Service Art replaced a damaged door that would not open. He explained every step and replaced only the things that needed to be replaced, did not try to sell me things I didn't need. I called him at 8AM and the door was done by 3PM the same day. I will definitely use his services again.

I have called North Texas Overhead Door twice in less than a year to service our garage door. The first time was to replace damaged door panels, and the second was to repair the opener. In both instances, Art explained exactly what needed to be replaced and why the parts had failed. Without attempting to soft-sell me things we didn't need, he showed us things we could do to help maintain the system on our own. In addition to being fast and courteous, Art seems to have the heart of a teacher.
